What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title:SAP Globalization iXp Intern Employee Connections and Strategic Projects

Location: Sao Leopoldo Brazil

Expected start date to end date: February 2026

• Provide management support to the Head of SAP Globalization and the Leadership Team.
• Host and organize cross-team meetings.
• Build strong interactions across the SAP Globalization teams.
• Support the Unit Head in ad-hoc tasks and requests.
• Driving cross-country topics in collaboration with other SAP Globalization stakeholders to ensure topic and strategic alignment.
• Leverage AI for continuous improvement.

What Youll Bring

• Academic education International Business Administration Communications or similar with at least two years remaining until graduation.
• Outcome/result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to deliver quality work under time constrains.
• Strong can-do attitude and growth mindset.
• Excellent communications and organization skills.
• Prior experience working in global and virtual teams.
• Project and/or product management knowledge and experience is a plus.
• A track record in senior management support and C Level executive interactions is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders in a very dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English
• German Language skills are a plus
