The IT Programme PMO Lead is responsible for establishing leading and operating a global Programme Management Office (PMO) for a complex IT TSA Exit Programme following a Joint Venture or carve-out.
This role provides centralized governance integrated planning delivery control and executive-level reporting to ensure the successful and timely exit from Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) while minimizing customer and business disruption across multiple geographies.
The PMO Lead acts as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders vendors and delivery teams ensuring programme disciplines are applied consistently and that risks dependencies and changes are proactively managed.
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of IT experience including at least 5 years in managing complex programs and/or project portfolios on a Group or international scale.
Based in Brazil (any particular location)
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English
Professional certification in program management (e.g. PgMP MSP) or project management (e.g. PMP) is highly desirable.
Proven expertise in managing complex multi-project programs ideally involving system integration or digital transformation.
Proficiency with planning and portfolio management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Clarity).
Executive Leadership and the ability to influence high-level stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
Strategic Vision and results-orientation with a strong ability to think beyond individual projects.
Excellent interpersonal communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Rigor organization and ability to manage ambiguity and pressure in a dynamic environment.
