About Our Practice Model:
We are a privately owned full-service veterinary practice group. We offer our clients a premium GP and Urgent Care experience with cutting edge tools to make it easier for you to practice medicine the way you prefer. We offer GP and Urgent Care services side-by-side with dedicated doctors for each service 6 days per week.
During COVID we learned that our local ER practices were swamped with 22 hour wait times in some areas; that inspired us to assist with the walking wounded urgent care cases and the emotional emergencies owners have when they need a friendly face and trusted veterinarian the most. Finding the passion to help our community and alleviate suffering we decided to continue to offer Urgent Care to allow the ERs focus on true emergencies with lower wait times and more focus for the pets who need them.
Our facilities are equipped with digital radiography digital dental radiography in-house labs endoscopy cold laser therapy and CT. Enjoy dentals We do too! The human field is changing and we jumped on board. How would you like to perform dentals with use of a 6 minute head CT to make anesthesia times shorter in the diagnostic phase The quality you could offer is unmatched in a privately owned hospital such as the ones we have built with our doctors.
We strive to provide staffing to make your days as efficient as possible. Our staffing model is 3-4 dedicated technicians per doctor during your introduction period. Once you establish a flow and find your feet if you need more staff youll get more staff. Were focused on making sure our hospitals have the right resources to allow our doctors the ability to provide excellent service and care.

Your Schedule:
16 shifts per month
2 weekends off per month with a schedule that accommodates long weekends
We expect our team to have rest time so we offer block time off so that you can focus on you!
Requirements:
AZ State license in good standing order prior to applying
Flexible work schedule with chunks of time off without compromising salary
