**Leadership-Driven ICU Infrastructure

:** Engage in the design and implementation of protocols and monitoring technologies to optimize critical care delivery.

**Foundational Opportunity:** Play a key role in establishing a sustainable ICU service from inception.

**Comprehensive Internal Medicine Support:
