Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 3-6 years experience supporting PC Hardware and software.
  • IN-Person no remote option
  • TOP 2 required skills: Deskside Support role doing hardware repair troubleshooting of hardware and software images IMAC tasks and Customer Service
  • Years of experience: 3-6 years minimum of 3
  • Certifications or education: A is nice to have
  • What radius range should candidates be located to 12345: 30 minute commute max
  • Candidate review and interviews start: As soon as candidates submitted I will schedule. We do 2 rounds round 1 phone screen round 2 video conference with the site
  • Comfortability providing hands & feet support for Server and Network is a plus.
  • Experience supporting mobile data plans mobile networks and devices is a plus.

Scope:

  • Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights security and systems groups.
  • Trains employees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures orders and replaces parts as needed.
  • Network connection issues track network connections back to network switches.
  • Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
  • Represents CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
  • Interacts with customers responding to routine technical questions or requests for information.
