Job Specification:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pensions Manager to lead the governance administration and strategic development of our UK pension arrangements covering both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. This role is critical in ensuring our pension offerings remain compliant competitive and aligned with our broader reward strategy in a highly regulated financial services environment.
