Job Summary
About the role:
- Deliver sell-out revenue and units as per the Annual Financial Plan and drive category-wise growth.
- Build Door-level specs and partner with Merchant Buyers to address assortment gaps
- Ensure timely stock movement by coordinating with DCs and KAMs.
- Maintain VM standards across key doors and support new section rollouts with VM/Projects teams.
- Spend 2-3 days a week in stores to observe consumers and gather insights through face-to-face interactions.
- Track competitor activities sales trends and support marketing initiatives for improved brand visibility
- Strengthen relationships with regional stakeholders of channel partners to ensure consistent brand presence and collaboration
- Support cluster mangers with execution on the floor and enable basic VM and product knowledge training
- Track sell-out stock category performance and highlight gaps with timely actionable inputs.
- Participate in weekly/monthly reviews with performance updates insights and improvement recommendations..

About you:
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDBM preferred with 35 years experience in retail sales category execution or chain store operations. FMCG/Telecom or apparel exposure is an added advantage.
- Functional & Behavioral Strengths: You are numbers-savvy analytical relationship-oriented and able to influence stakeholders with strong discipline in execution. You demonstrate drive to win consumer focus adaptability and a global brand mindset in everything you do.
