The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven EAI Portfolio & Operations Manager to oversee the planning execution and operational excellence of our enterprise integration initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing the integration portfolio across business domains ensuring alignment with architectural standards and driving vendor performance and delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of program management integration operations and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Portfolio Management:

  • Manage the intake prioritization and roadmap alignment of integration initiatives across Corporate Commercial Supply Chain and Digital domains.
  • Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and resource planning.
  • Track and report on integration KPIs SLAs and vendor performance metrics.
  • Support platform rationalization and modernization efforts in partnership with integration architects.

Operations & Vendor Oversight:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of integration platforms in collaboration with AMS vendors.
  • Manage incident response change management and release coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration reliability scalability and cost efficiency.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders integration architects and vendor teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and communication across IT and business units.
  • Support onboarding and enablement of offshore integration resources.
  • Represent integration portfolio status and risks to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Proven track record in managing integration portfolios and vendor delivery.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare pharma).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Leadership Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric and outcome-driven mindset.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus across global teams.
  • Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic leader who fosters collaboration and accountability.
