Job Summary

We currently have a full-time afternoon position available MondaythroughFriday 8:00am-5:00pm daily with a 1-hour lunch break.
- No nights and no weekends required.
- Starting wage at $17.00 with an incentivized training program.
The Essential Tasks Include:
- Efficiently pick customer orders using technology ensuring accurate quantities and quality.
- Ensure that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks.
- Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
- Stock workstations with supplies.
- Open incoming UPS/FedEx boxes for receiving.
- Clean warehouse empty trash receptacles and organize product in bins.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
- Performing general warehouse duties as necessary.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent working experience.
- Is able to interpret packing slips and product types.
- Enjoy working with technology.
- Can easily learn to use software related to warehouse management.
- Required to read and write English follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
- Familiar with proper packaging methods.
- Able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
- Become proficient using FEDEX/UPS online software.
While performing the duties of this job employees are regularly required to stand and talk or hear. Frequent use of hands and arms to finger handle feel or reach. Might occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Work conducted in a warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure. Routinely use equipment such as hand trucks box cutters tape dispensers and electronic scanners. Noise level is within reason and does not require ear protection.
