Internal Medicine Physician (IM)

With a walk-in clinic that caters to a dynamic urban population this clinic on Jackson Street serves a predominantly African American community and seeks physicians who are passionate about inclusive community-centered care.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $210000 to $250000 (commensurate with experience)
- Eligible for loan repayment through federal programs
- Productivity bonuses paid quarterly approximately $900 per quarter
- Negotiable sign-on and relocation bonuses

- CME stipend of $2500 and 5 additional days off

- Part-time schedules considered (minimum 30 hours/week for benefits and loan repayment eligibility)
Responsibilities
- Outpatient walk-in clinic; hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Full-time and part-time schedules available
- 1820 patients per 8-hour shift; double-booking common due to no-shows
- 1520 minute patient slots with 40 minutes of daily administrative time
- Collaborative environment with NP-led day-to-day operations
- Answering service and nurse line manage most after-hours issues
- EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW)
Requirements
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (Required)
- Active Florida license
- Open to new graduates
