The Ministry of Mental Health and Addiction (MHA) is building Albertas new Compassionate Intervention (CI) program supporting vulnerable youth and adults through a coordinated recovery-oriented system of care. The Office of the Statutory Director (OSD) oversees CI applications client pathways navigation supports and coordination with partners across the health justice and social sectors.
We are recruiting two leadership roles - Director Recovery Pathways and Director Navigation and Intake to help build and operate this provincewide program.
Reporting to the Statutory Director both Directors are responsible for planning developing and delivering key components of the CI program. They ensure compliance with the CI Act and relevant privacy legislation (Health Information Act FOIP Act). Both roles collaborate closely with the Compassionate Intervention Commission oversee unit staff performance and training manage budgets and reporting prepare materials for senior leadership and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders across the system.
