Job Qualifications-

• 10 years of safety management or leadership experience in electrical construction or industrial trades
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards and construction safety practices
• OSHA 30 required

Preferred Certifications

• OSHA 500 Trainer Course in OSHA Standards for Construction
• OSHA 510 OSHA 511 OSHA 521 OSHA 2264
• OSHA 3015 OSHA 3095 OSHA 3115
• CSP ASP or CHST certifications

Additional Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills across field and office teams
• Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard safety management platforms
• Clean driving record valid drivers license and ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Regularly required to talk listen stand walk sit reach and handle tools or equipment
• Ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs
• Vision requirements include close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus
• Work environment ranges from quiet office settings to high-noise construction sites
• Position is primarily office-based with scheduled field visits
