PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: confidential administrative as confidential all aspects of the job designated confidential by the an efficient and well organized electronic and paper data collection and filing systems including confidential forms and compile and organize data and information necessary for the efficient operation of the office the completion of required School District and State data evaluations for all district employees. Also responsible for making sure that they are placed in their personnel files and ensures timelines are adhered cooperatively with staff in other offices with the completion of large or time sensitive projects or and responds appropriately to inquiries regarding school/District policies procedures and/or requests for visitors and arranges for their comfort and screens callers in accordance with predetermined Director and other stakeholders in budgetary with internal and external stakeholders in regards to staff and community other duties as assigned by the Principal Superintendent and/or designee. QUALIFICATIONS: least three (3) years of office for confidentiality of all information is for notifying staff students and parents of important information or changes (upcoming coming events change of times or schedule canceling afterschool programs etc..) in a timely matter. . demonstrate an ability to maintain a professional office be self-motivated and flexible with an ability to set priorities and work with limited demonstrate strong skills in both written and verbal be able to handle multiple tasks and pay strict attention to demonstrate an ability to effectively interact with staff District leadership and the establish and maintain an effective working relationship with colleagues and supervisors based upon respect and of a strong work ethic is in the use of Microsoft Office MUNIS Aspen and School Dude. An independent willingness to upgrade skills as necessary is attendance record is essential.
