Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Build and adapt learning content (live virtual self-paced).
Apply best practices for engaging and inclusive learning.
Partner with SMEs and L&D team to design targeted content.
Maintain standardized templates and content repository.
Support content updates based on learner feedback and performance.
Develop modules in applicable software; upload to LMS.

KSAs:

Instructional design tools and techniques
LMS publishing tools (e.g. iSpring EasyGenerator)
Strong visual design and editing skills
Ability to coach SMEs on content development

Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or equivalent
35 yearsof experience in instructional design with portfolio samples
