Summary
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Vantives Kidney Care portfolio. The Marketing Specialist will support initiatives that increase awareness adoption and differentiation of our therapies contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes and enhancing healthcare provider engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the Kidney Care portfolio ensuring alignment with Vantives business goals.
Content Creation: Develop impactful content (digital print educational) tailored to healthcare professionals (HCPs) patients and other stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis: Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors pricing and customer needs; provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Campaign Management: Plan execute and monitor marketing campaigns analyzing performance metrics to optimize future initiatives and ensure maximum ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales clinical regulatory and medical affairs teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events trade shows and webinars to promote Vantives products and services.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO PPC and social media strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
Supports the management and tracking of the local marketing budget for Kidney Care in the assigned country.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Life Sciences or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Fluent English and Italian.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques including social media email marketing and content management systems.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into insights and actions.
Strong project management skills able to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
