As a Junior Automation&Electrification Specialist you will join our Automation&Electrification Business Unit.
You will be based in our headquarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).
Your teams activities will include:
- Business Strategy: Develop appropriate business models define product positioning and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets.
- Market Development: Analyze the competition identify new business opportunities and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions.
- Product Management: Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area interacting with the Headquarter and supporting the sales force.
- Marketing & Performance: Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Education: Degree in Engineering
- You are a flexible person with an open mindset ready to take on new challenges and activities.
- You possess analytical skills a capacity for strategic vision and a strong customer focus.
