The Role
Were seeking a Content Administrator to support data integrity and content operations for RinkNet. This is a remote role with the option of working in our Chennai office combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The role is required to work closely with our team in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for data and data quality for assigned region or league.
- Manage player schedules rosters and league data.
- Keep information accurate with regular updates and proofreading.
- Research and maintain team and league records.
- Support customers with data via phone and email.
- Support other content projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content administration or data entry.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with researching information and data.
Bonus Points
- A passion for hockey or familiarity with the sport!
- Experience with automation
