Job Summary
Beach Front Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in Chino CA.
Job Summary: Leasing Agent assists community manager by maintaining the property assigned and perform all related management functions including but not limited to coordinating leasing and marketing efforts approve move-in files promote lease renewals resident relations team building and any other duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.
Reports To: Property Manager & Regional Property Supervisor
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Locations: Revere St. Chino CA
Pay rate: $18-$21 hourly

- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
Leasing / Sales Experience
- With 2 years experience in leasing
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Leasing and Marketing vacant units
- Host Open House activities to different properties
- Rental verification and reference check
- Deliver information regarding overall aspects of properties (expansion zoning crime etc.)
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions upon Supervisors approval
- Discussion of lease agreement information to tenant upon Supervisors approval
- Presenting properties and amenities in a creative way
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Updated with property market status
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
