We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager Growth Strategy & Execution who will lead end-to-end marketing strategy across the Australian market with the goal of driving brand visibility generating high-quality leads and supporting revenue growth. This role combines strategic growth planning with hands-on execution ensuring that marketing initiatives translate into qualified opportunities for the business.
The ideal candidate is a strong strategist with exceptional execution skills deeply analytical and experienced in performance-based marketing geared toward client acquisition in the AU region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop the overall marketing strategy targeting the Australian market aligned with business growth goals.
- Build multi-channel marketing plans (digital content events partnerships) to attract and convert enterprise and SMB clients.
- Identify market opportunities audience segments and positioning strategies that differentiate the companys outsourcing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on go-to-market initiatives and market expansion priorities.
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Own and optimize campaigns across paid organic content and social channels to maximize qualified leads.
- Lead data-driven experimentation and continuously refine marketing activities based on performance insights.
- Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to decision-makers across industries.
- Manage marketing funnels lead scoring and campaign ROI ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Execution & Content Development
- Oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets: case studies capability decks digital content videos and thought leadership.
- Execute campaigns that support sales outreach and enterprise acquisition.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and ensure messaging accuracy across all channels.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Conduct continuous research on the AU outsourcing landscape including industry trends competitor activity and client behaviors.
- Provide leadership with insight-based recommendations to support revenue strategy market priorities and positioning.
- Track campaign performance market engagement and lead generation trends and report findings regularly.
Team Leadership
- Manage a small marketing team providing direction coaching and performance oversight.
- Guide the team in executing campaigns producing content and supporting sales deliverables.
- Foster a culture of creativity accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong background in growth performance or B2B marketing.
- Proven experience generating leads for service-based or outsourcing-related offerings (preferred but not required).
- Excellent grasp of AU market dynamics and customer behaviors.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven campaign management.
- Exceptional communication leadership and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in BPO outsourcing shared services or offshore staffing industries.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels and sales-enablement strategies.
- Experience collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
