Onboarding & Induction:
Manage pre-joining formalities documentation and background verification.
Conduct induction programs and coordinate functional onboarding with departments.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
Handle confirmations probation extensions transfers deputations and role change documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/SAP.
Track and ensure completion of mandatory training and compliance programs.
Employee Engagement & Support:
Execute engagement activities communication plans and employee feedback mechanisms.
Address employee queries and coordinate with HRBP for HR-related support.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and maintain HR letters (experience transfer employment warning etc.).
Ensure adherence to policies HR procedures data integrity and audit requirements.
Coordination & HR Operations:
Liaise with recruitment IT admin training and security for smooth onboarding coordination.
Support internal audits and compliance reporting related to employee records.
