Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for supervisors and employees addressing general HR queries policy clarifications and payroll questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure timely closure of employee inquiries using HR Contact Center procedures policy manuals and knowledge resources.
- Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction by delivering consistent accurate and empathetic HR support.
- Document all employee interactions transactions and resolutions in the HR case management system.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services such as Benefit vendors.
- Support payroll activities by submitting monthly attendance overtime leave inputs and other workforce data accurately and on time.
- Participate in disciplinary discussions domestic enquiries investigations and documentation.
- On need basis Liase with Govt Authorities for all statutory matters.
- Act as a subject matter resource for employees and managers on benefits policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver awareness sessions on employee benefits policy updates and compliance requirements.
- Assist with performance review cycles and related communications
- Assist with employee engagement surveys for participation using Kiosks.
- Promote adoption of digital HR services and self-service tools to improve employee experience.
