Based in Berlin youll join the German & Nordics Marketing team where sport culture and community come together. Your role will bring Nikes football vision to life through impactful storytelling strategic campaigns and on-the-ground activations that connect with athletes consumers and cultural leaders in authentic and inspiring ways.
You support the team on execution World Class x-functional brand campaigns. As a team we take global campaigns and tailor them for local impact helping Nike stand out in one of the worlds most passionate football markets. You are the main expert on connecting the plans with our local consumer and support the execution from end-to-end.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
In this role youll work closely with the German & Nordics marketing team while collaborating with key partners across Sports Marketing Communications Energy Marketing and Social Community and Impact.
Youll also build relationships with local creators community organizers clubs and other cultural voices who shape the football scene in Germany. Your work will stay closely aligned with the EMEA Football and Nike Sportswear Brand Teams as well as Brand Creative; ensuring a unified approach across strategy and execution.

Reporting to the Director Brand Marketing Football Germany & Nordics youll be responsible for delivering Nike Footballs brand impact across the country.
Youll support the planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns from concept through to activation. Youll bring energy and precision to product launches cultural moments and grassroots initiatives that speak directly to the football community in Germany. You are the go to person in the team when it comes to football related consumer insights. You always have an eye on social moments and trends of the local and global football culture.
Your work will connect Nikes global football strategy to local audiences in a way thats authentic meaningful and forward-looking. Youll help to manage cross-functional alignment foster key partnerships and ensure every execution reflects the voice of the German football consumer while staying aligned with Nikes broader brand direction.
