To support our marketing team we are looking for a motivated working student who wants to specialise in CRM lifecycle communication and email marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team learn how to build journeys in HubSpot and help us improve our communication through structured data and meaningful insights.
This position is ideal for a masters student who plans to study for at least one more year. We are looking for a long term team member who wants to grow with us.
You will be responsible for
You will support our lifecycle and CRM activities with a strong focus on segmentation email journeys and reporting.
Your work will include:
- Set-up and continiously improve our weekly newsletter including research of topics and AB testing think out of the box and use market research results to improve open- and click and conversions
- Supporting the planning and creation of email journeys in HubSpot
- Building and maintaining audience segments for newsletters and automated flows
- Helping set up and test lifecycle campaigns
- Running A/B tests for emails segments and communication flows
- Preparing CRM and email reports in Hubspot
- Supporting the team with contact and property management
- Assisting with performance checks of campaigns and journeys
- Helping refine our contact strategy through insights tests and learnings
- Exploring new ways to improve our lifecycle communication
Optional but highly valued:
Experience in a fintech setting or in a fast paced digital startup environment.

To be successful in this role you will need
- You are currently enrolled in a masters programme for at least one more year
- Motivation to specialise in CRM and lifecycle marketing
- First experience with email tools or CRM systems
- Curiosity for data reporting and audience behaviour
- An organized analytical and proactive work style
- Strong written communication skills in English. German is a plus but not required
