Job Summary
Position Summary:
To establish and maintain a zero-accident workplace ensure the companys compliant operation and continuously improve EHS performance.
Essential Functions:
- Compliance & System Management: Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and corporate standards maintaining an effective management system.
- Risk Control: Lead risk assessments hazard identification and implementation of control measures to eliminate workplace hazards.
- Training & Culture Promotion: Monitoring HSE training and emergency drills fostering a strong safety culture.
- Incident Management & Improvement: Investigate incidents and near-misses implement corrective actions and ensure closed-loop management.
- Environment & Emergency Management: Oversee environmental compliance and optimize emergency response plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Safety Engineering Environmental Engineering Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE management experience in a manufacturing environment with familiarity of plant safety management.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE laws regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 45001/14001/14064/14067).
- Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Engineer) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination risk anticipation problem-solving and stress management skills.
