Job Summary

You must have a Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN) to apply

Reporting to the Directors of the business your primary role will be to manage visa applications provide visa consultation to clients and to analyze the potential applications for possible visa options. There are opportunities to work on applications appeals and judicial reviews.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate advice to stakeholders regarding visa options compliance cancellations and citizenship.
Visa case management from start to finish; (preparation submission and closure for predominantly skilled visas employer nominated visas and other visas).
Prepare lodge and follow up applications and/or submissions to AAT or Department of Home Affairs for visa cancellations/refusals.
Be the main contact for all applicant queries.
Utilize internal software platform for case progress.Maintain up-to-date client records in line with the MARA Code of Conduct.
Your Skills and ExperienceMust have current work experienceA second language will be an advantage.
