About the roleWe are seeking a Marketing Analyst in Melbourne to manage customer workshops events and enhance brand visibility through social media and stakeholder engagement. This role involves collaborating with clients prospects and partners to deliver impactful experiences showcasing Infosys innovation ecosystem.
Key responsibilities1. Event Management Plan and execute high-profile physical virtual or hybrid events to promote Infosys brand and offerings. Manage Living Lab visits and innovation workshops across AUSNZ.
2. Research & Analysis Deliver market intelligence and insights to improve marketing efficiency.
3. Branding & Messaging Implement brand initiatives across events online platforms and content.
4. Campaign Execution Conceptualize plan and manage end-to-end campaigns including creative development approvals social media promotions and reporting.
5. Content Development Create thought leadership assets (blogs whitepapers videos) with SMEs and promote via official channels.
6. Social Media Drive engagement through strategic social media promotions for events campaigns and regional initiatives.
About you- Enthusiastic creative and results-driven professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in stakeholder management across geographies and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong storytelling ability backed by data-driven insights for successful campaigns
- Proven program management skills to execute complex marketing initiatives on time
- Proficient in analytics ROI calculation dashboard creation and MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a global hybrid environment
- Experienced in social media marketing and reporting
- Adaptable with a continuous learning mindset
- Confident in presenting recommendations supported by data and experience
- Leadership in managing external partners and agencies
- Prior experience in go-to-market roles within IT services and AUSNZ campaigns is a plus
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in executing marketing initiatives
- Masters degree in Marketing Advertising or Communications (desirable)
- At least 2 years of experience in a go-to-market sales or presales role within IT services (desirable)
