Food & Beverage Attendants

Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

If youre enthusiastic service-focused and passionate about hospitality wed love to welcome you to our team. You will be working in the Oak & Vine Restaurant This role includes dinner shifts with day shifts occasionally available across a seven-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member youll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:

• Taking Guest Orders: 
  Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
• Menu Expertise and Recommendations: 
  Confidently recommending food and beverage options
• Serving Food & Beverages:
  Providing professional and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:
  Engaging warmly with guests promptly addressing their needs and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
• Shift times vary between 5.00pm and 1.00am.
• Occasional day shifts may be a required within the restaurant.
• RSA certificate required.
• RSG certificate highly.

Hourly rates (excluding super):
Monday Friday: $31.19 per hour
Saturday: $37.43 per hour
Sunday: $43.66 per hour

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a waitstaff bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• A current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification highly desired
• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
