We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Be responsible for our clients new business quotations renewals mid term adjustments and general queries;
- Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts managed by the team and work alongside the sales team in order to expand the business;
- Develop a close and trusting relationship within the insurance markets and our clients;
- Manage a small-sized team of 5 Account Managers as part of the team leader role;
- Administer performance appraisals and serves as a coach for the Account Managers team.
What you need to have:
- A relevant degree or masters degree;
- At least 8 years of experience in the financial area;
- Solid experience managing corporate accounts;
- English and Portuguese language proficiency;
- Have great dynamic and interpersonal skills;
- Have a growth and business driven mindset.
