We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Advance Python Programming
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Python who are ready to tackle complex programming challenges and contribute to innovative projects.
Responsibilities
Create efficient scalable code using advanced Python techniques.
Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices for scalability maintainability and security.
Write clean efficient well-documented and testable Python code adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks optimize code for efficiency and troubleshoot complex issues.
Integrate with various internal and third-party systems databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers data scientists and DevOps engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Python advancements frameworks and related technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills
Advance Python Programming:
Extensive Python Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python programming including advanced concepts data structures algorithms and object-oriented programming.
Frameworks & Libraries: Proven experience with popular Python frameworks (e.g. Django Flask FastAPI) and relevant libraries (e.g. NumPy Pandas SciPy PyTorch/TensorFlow for ML roles).
Databases: Proficiency in working with both SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Snowflake Azure) and related services.
DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps principles containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Testing & Debugging: Strong skills in unit testing integration testing debugging and performance tuning.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or a related field
Significant professional experience as a Python Developer
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills required to effectively and concisely present key findings to senior management/ Client is a must
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a capacity to tackle complex technical challenges.
