Job Summary
Your mission
- Lead and manage the finance departments of all group entities.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with international standards.
- Take responsibility in budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow investments and capital structure.
- Support project-financing including guarantees bonds and letter of credits
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive project controlling including evaluation of KPIs.
- Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies across jurisdictions.
- Support mergers acquisitions and other corporate finance activities.
Your profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in finance business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in a multinational environment for at least 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and corporate finance (especially HGB and IFRS).
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Presence in either the Berlin or Dubai headquarters.
