To strengthen our team we are seeking a People & Culture Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Point of contact for our employees trainees temporary staff and interns
  • Internal communication with all other departments
  • Preparation for onboarding and offboarding
  • Assistance with payroll preparation
  • Support in recruiting and creating social media content
  • Help with planning and conducting internal and external training
  • Planning and managing employee and trainee events as well as our well-being programme
  • Successfully completed training in hospitality
  • Initial professional experience in the HR department ideally in the service sector is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in standard office software
  • Organizational talent
  • Creativity in employee events
