To strengthen our team we are seeking a People & Culture Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

What you can expect:
- Point of contact for our employees trainees temporary staff and interns
- Internal communication with all other departments
- Preparation for onboarding and offboarding
- Assistance with payroll preparation
- Support in recruiting and creating social media content
- Help with planning and conducting internal and external training
- Planning and managing employee and trainee events as well as our well-being programme
- Successfully completed training in hospitality
- Initial professional experience in the HR department ideally in the service sector is desirable
- Excellent German and English skills both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in standard office software
- Organizational talent
- Creativity in employee events
