About the Team & Program
The Sales Analytics department of Moodys is responsible for controlling and operating the variable compensation program for the Global Sales Team. This includes assigning credit for transactions to sales professionals calculating commission payments and reporting results. This is achieved by using and maintaining a Sales Performance Management (SPM) system in conjunction with CRM system and by partnering closely with Sales reps and managers.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and be able to respond quickly to our constantly changing and growing business environment. To be successful in this role the candidate will need to possess a thorough understanding of reporting tools such as Tableau/PowerBI and data flow between the CRM system and reporting platforms to impact the reporting requirements of Sales analytics and the broader sales organization.
Moodys 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience guided by Moodys commitment to integrity excellence and insight. The program takes place each summer from June - August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students. Internships are full-time offering a comprehensive view of Moodys business and culture and a chance to build professional and technical skills. Programmatic elements include networking mentorship leadership speaker series and volunteering events.
