As Campaign Manager youll turn ideas into campaigns that are impossible to ignore. This is a hands-on role where youll be the go-to person for making things happen. Your mission Ensure our messages land with the right people in the right way at the right time.

What youll do

• Build and launch campaigns across email SMS and digital banners using templates and tools.
• Ensure flawless delivery by testing across devices fixing errors and maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage campaign accuracy including targeting asset organisation and timely fulfilment of incentives.
• Optimise performance through A/B and multivariate testing applying insights to improve results.
• Collaborate in agile squads with marketers designers developers and analysts to meet sprint goals.
• Maintain compliance and approvals to keep campaigns audit-ready and aligned with regulations.

What were looking for

• Organised and proactive with a strong bias for action and attention to detail.
• Exceptional eye for accuracy spotting errors and ensuring brand consistency.
• Clear communicator who simplifies complex information for customers.
• Customer-focused and collaborative with a curious improvement-driven mindset.
• Technical proficiency in campaign deployment platforms and marketing tools.
• Qualified and experienced with a business/marketing degree and 2 years in financial services marketing.
