Job Summary
JOB GOAL:To organize administer and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of food services for the ultimate health comfort and benefit of its serve the patrons attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency cleanliness and LABOR STANDARDS ACT CLASSIFICATION: NonexemptPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: supervises and evaluates food service accurate records for the proper control and management of money food supplies and other in development of standard recipes and portions to be used in food the highest standards of safety and sanitation in all phases of the food service in the preparation and serving of all food to patrons in an efficient and pleasant and participates in the daily cleaning and/or sanitizing of dishes pots pans and utensils as well as kitchen serving and storage and/or verifies deliveries of food and supplies to the an accurate monthly inventory of all food and the quantities of all foods to be prepared and supervises the daily workflow of cafeteria employees and arranges for substitute workers when that serving size of food is in accordance with government regulations and prepares meals according to a planned food and supplies as needed or as directed by the Student Services immediately any problems or accidents that may occur in the cafeteria area to the Food Services daily deposits from food sales including vending and administers the daily sale of tokens/ the Student Service Coordinator with any information required by him/ professional competence through attendance at in-service education activities provided by the meetings as directed by the Food Service Director or School Business reliable such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time Hourly RateStep 1 $21.25Step 2 $23.74Step 3 $25.25Step 4 $25.86Step 3A/4A $26.48Step 3B/4B $27.11Step 3C/4C $27.76
