Job Summary (Field Marketing Manager):
- Serve as Field Marketing Manager Programs for a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture.
- Report to the Sr. Group Manager of Programs Americas Field Marketing.
- Design manage and execute scalable marketing programs for the Americas Field Marketing team.
- Support field marketing execution across the region.
- Manage a variety of field marketing activities including physical events webinars third-party event sponsorships email campaigns and direct mail.
- Develop new event programs and contribute to documentation and enablement of cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau Salesforce (SFDC) Asana and Swoogo (experience with these is a plus).
- Use metrics and data-driven approaches to continually improve program effectiveness.
- Leverage at least 5 years experience managing events including 3 years running field marketing events.
