We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Work Force Management (WFM)
Responsibilities
Will act as a liaison between the GCC and Site WFM teams.
Communication and Presentations Skills: Should be able to communicate well with the clients and be able to present data post analysis
Administration of communication to and from Operations and other support departments
Collection and analysis and reporting of historical center/agent performance statistics
Problem Solving: Should be tactical and be able to solve day to day operational challenges and should be able to understand delivery metrics

Role specific Responsibility
Data Visualization: Develop data visualizations that effectively communicate business insights and trends.
Data Analysis: Analyse complex data sets to identify trends opportunities and challenges.
Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver GSuite solutions that meet their needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet their needs.
Data Analysis: Analyzing customer behavior tracking website traffic and monitoring key performance indicators
Business Intelligence: Creating interactive dashboards and reports for business insights and decision-making
Data Visualization: Visualizing complex data in a clear and engaging way for presentations reports and web applications

Technical Skills:

Google Charts: A free tool that provides customizable charts multiple chart types and real-time data updates. Its perfect for creating embeddable charts for websites and applications.
Google Data Studio: A free tool for building interactive dashboards and reports. It integrates well with various data sources including Google BigQuery.
Looker: A business intelligence and data visualization platform acquired by Google. Its ideal for advanced data analytics and visualization offering model-driven exploration with strong governance.

Good to Have:
Certifications: Google Analytics certification or other relevant certifications.
Industry Experience: Experience working in a specific industry
Advanced Analytics: Experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques such as predictive analytics or machine learning.


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate (PG added advantage)
Knowledge of Contact Centre methodologies and operational principles
Excellent communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
