Job Summary
PeepalCo is a canopy for brands serving India with tailored wealth-tech products Making Money Equal for All. Founded by Ashish Singhal Govind Soni and Vimal Sagar Tiwari PeepalCos products include CoinSwitch. The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) Tiger Global Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India) Ribbit Capital Paradigm and Coinbase Ventures.
PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands CoinSwitch will be housed under PeepalCo so will our forays into Indian Equities and Mutual Funds.

What You Will Do
Financial & Business Analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business performance revenue drivers cost structures and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Evaluate product funnels pricing promotions and customer cohorts to understand their financial impact.
- Build financial models to forecast revenues margins and other key business metrics.
Data-Driven Decision Support
- Leverage data to influence business and product decisions ensuring alignment with key financial objectives.
- Interpret analysis outcomes to identify trends risks and business issues and translate these into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Product Growth Category Marketing and Ops teams to align business goals and drive P&L impact.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support monthly quarterly and annual planning cycles including budgeting long-term planning and scenario modeling.
- Track performance against plan and highlight variances with actionable insights.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with industry benchmarks competitive landscape and macro trends to support strategy formulation.
- Provide timely insights that influence pricing assortment customer strategy and business planning.
Reporting & Insights
- Build maintain and automate dashboards and reports for financial and business KPIs.
- Present insights to senior stakeholders in a clear concise and structured manner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with product category marketing and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure strong financial governance.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.
What You Should Have
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Marketing Computer Science Statistics).
- 24 years of experience in data/analytics role
- Strong proficiency in Excel SQL and financial modelling; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Experience in working with BI tools (Tableau PowerBI Metabase or similar tools).
