AWC Staff Services are looking for aSmall Works & Walk The Floor Coordinatorto work alongside their client at University Hospital Lewisham.
As the Small Works & Walk the Floor Co-ordinator your duties will be:
- Act our clients representative in Trust Walk the floor (WTF) audits (circa 2-3 per week)
- Co-ordinate response analysis and triage of WTFs audit spreadsheets
- Respond to Trust with WTF queries
- Manage allocation and issuing of jobs to engineers and sub-contractors
- Work with Operations team to assign works internally and externally
- Work with Administration team to raise Purchase Orders for Minor Works and WTF Sub contractors works
- Manage works tracker for Wtf (open/completed)
- Update management team on WTF status
Support with recording subcontractor documentation including copies of competencies generic rams contract duties.
Ideally you will have experience working in NHS/PFI contracts.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 8 Months
Rate: Up to 32 Per Hour DOE and pay type
