What Youll Do:

Assist customers via phone email and chat in Czech
Resolve issues related to bookings payments and general travel support
Deliver outstanding service with professionalism empathy and efficiency
Work closely with your team to uphold quality and customer satisfaction

What You Can Expect:

Work remotely from anywhere in Greece
Structured full-time schedule: 5 days/week 8 hours/day
Shifts between 08:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday
Paid training and ongoing support

Who You Are:

Fluent in Czech (spoken and written)
Comfortable in English at a B2 level or higher
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
