The Opportunity
We are seeking a Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join team on a fixed term full time basis commencing 27 January 2026. The role will be varied from1:1 support to small groups based at our Heyington Campus. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supporting diverse learning needs to students ensuring all students are engaged to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience with secondary school students
- Liaising with teachers and the Learning Diversity team on their childs specific learning needs and be accountable for reviewing and interpreting results.
- Keeping accurate records of support
- Attending PSG meetings
