About the role.
The Studio Manager in Serbia will lead the daily operations of a Live Casino studio ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality gaming experiences. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with a strategic mindset focusing on efficiency team development and continuous improvement while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee daily studio operations motivating and coaching teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
Manage staffing levels scheduling table coverage rotations and substitute planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Ensure full compliance with game policies internal procedures and Serbian regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow within the studio.
Monitor performance through financial statements and operational reports adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
Build a strong team culture supporting employee engagement development and retention.
Collaborate closely with senior management HR and cross-functional teams to drive operational success.
Manage risks and handle critical situations to maintain a safe structured and controlled environment.
Oversee budgets monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure the studio facilities meet high operational and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations management role
Native or fluent in Serbian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2)
Experience managing large teams of 200 employees in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
Solid understanding of basic financial principles and budgeting.
Proven ability to build develop and scale teams from the ground up.
Strong leadership skills with a clear focus on quality assurance.
Empathetic flexible and proactive approach to people management.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays when required.
Strong PC skills with good technical and analytical capabilities.
Minimum high school diploma.
