What youll do

• Lead coach and mentor a team of shufflers providing guidance support and opportunities for professional growth.
• Oversee team operations: manage shift scheduling attendance tracking performance oversight and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts (morning afternoon night).
• Promote a collaborative supportive environment run regular team meetings encourage open communication and ensure team cohesion.
• Identify training needs for individuals and the team coordinate with training departments and support continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure that all operations comply with company policies procedures and performance standards maintaining consistency and quality in every shift.

What were looking for

• Fluency in English (written and spoken at C1 level) for clear communication in a multicultural environment.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role (team lead supervisor or relevant position); academic background in management or related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; ability to motivate manage and develop a team while handling pressure and responsibilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills; reliable flexible (willing to work rotational shifts) and comfortable in a live casino context where shift work is required.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar) to handle administrative and reporting tasks.
