Job Summary

Are you ready to lead a dynamic livestudio team in Belgrade a capital city full of energy culture and opportunity We are looking for a dedicated Game Presenter Team Manager to guide and support live studio presenters ensuring top quality and seamless operations in a fast paced international environment.

What youll do

Lead mentor and support a team of game presenters helping them grow professionally and maintain high performance standards.
Oversee daily team operations: manage scheduling attendance shift rotations and ensure smooth consistent studio workflow.
Promote a collaborative supportive working environment by encouraging open communication and regular team interactions.
Identify training needs coordinate skill development initiatives and work with relevant departments to deliver coaching and development.
Make sure every session meets company policies and performance standards ensuring consistency quality and compliance across all broadcasts.

What were looking for

Fluent English (C1) excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
At least one year of experience in a similar role (team lead supervisor or equivalent). Academic qualification in management or relevant field is a plus.
Proficiency with standard productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and strong organisational and people management skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to a fast paced shift based work environment.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including shift work (rotational shifts: e.g. mornings afternoons nights).
