Job Summary

What youll do

Welcome and assist clients: provide attentive customer service from their first contact onward guiding them through financial or transactional processes and ensuring a smooth positive experience.
Manage client accounts: advise clients about company services and products handle inquiries negotiate as needed and maintain long-term relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales operations support) to coordinate services resolve client issues and ensure clients needs are met thoroughly and efficiently.
Use office software and systems to document interactions manage client data and contribute to accurate up-to-date record keeping.
Provide a high level of professionalism clear communication (in Hebrew and English) and a client oriented attitude ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality.

Native or fluent Hebrew (speaking and writing) plus a good command of English to communicate with a diverse multicultural team.
Proven experience in customer facing or client service roles; background in sales finance or account management is a strong plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills confident empathetic and capable of managing client relationships professionally.
Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar tools) good organisational skills and a proactive service oriented mindset.
