We develop and deliver cloud technology and AI empowered solutions for preparing improving and publishing the content that is the foundation of Thomson Reuters online and print products.

We are currently seeking senior level candidates to fill the position of Senior Software Engineer-AI in the Content engineering organization.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer -AI team member you will:

• Analyze solution implementation and propose where it is feasible to empower current functionalities with AI technology and frameworks.

• Perform product design system analysis and implement necessary software changes and enhancements.

• Contribute to the security scalability and performance of our systems.

• Collaborate with the teams Software Engineers and Analysts as well as across teams to establish requirements and develop solutions.

• Assist Analysts in researching reported issues verifying bugs and testing changes for release.

• Document bugs fixes and enhancements in the applicable tracking systems.

• Work both independently and as part of a development team on various projects of varying size and scope concurrently.

• This position requires an individual who can successfully work in a dynamic environment where priorities change based on evolving business needs. Deadline driven project assignments require a motivated professional with excellent adaptability and communication skills.

About You

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science (Masters preferred) and 5 years of development experience

• Proficiency in Java Python Angular; experience with AWS services (ECS Lambda API Gateway S3) and databases (SQL/Postgres DynamoDB)

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture REST APIs Docker GitHub and writing unit/integration tests; familiarity with AI frameworks (LangChain LangGraph Autogen OpenAI Swarm)
