CVD装置の導入と保守を成功させ運用を確立する

標準を厳守しながら予防保守スケジュールを確立し遵守する

装置の問題を解決しダウンタイムを最小限に抑えるためのトラブルシューティングを主導する

部門横断的なチームと連携しプロセスを最適化し効率を向上させる

最低限の資格

工学または関連分野の学士号または同等の経験

製造環境におけるCVD装置の使用経験

優れた分析力と問題解決能力

優れたコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク能力

望ましい資格

工学の修士号または同等の経験

半導体製造環境での実務経験

機器メンテナンスまたは関連技術分野における認定資格

Responsibilities:

• Successfully implement and maintain CVD equipment to ensure flawless operation.
• Establish and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules while strictly following standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with CVD equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Certification in equipment maintenance or relevant technical areas.
