Caretaker (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team in Bremen we are currently looking for a reliable and committed Caretaker (m/f/d) on a mini-job basis. Are you skilled in practical tasks able to keep things organized and enjoy ensuring everything runs smoothly Then we look forward to receiving your application!
Your profile:
- Skilled in manual work with a good technical understanding
- Reliable proactive and responsible
- Friendly demeanor and good command of German
- Ideally previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar role
Your responsibilities:
- General caretaker duties (e.g. minor repairs maintenance)
- Inspection and upkeep of outdoor areas (e.g. waste disposal winter services gardening)
- Point of contact for tradespeople and service providers on site
- Support with relocations and internal events
- Monitoring of building systems (e.g. lighting heating systems)
