Make an Impact

In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring Endeavour Foundation meets its contractual obligations across major programs including Defence Assistance Programs (DAP) and Resource Recovery Centres (RRC). You will support leaders to embed compliant practices strengthen partner relationships and contribute to ongoing service improvement.

This roles location is Cannon Hill Brisbane however we may also consider applicants in Sydney and Canberra.

Key duties of this role are to:

  • Monitor and report on compliance against contractual obligations.
  • Provide advice and support to program managers across DAP and RRC sites.
  • Assist business units to implement processes that meet contract requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to ensure effective information sharing.
  • Support tender preparation including advising on compliance capability.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Compliance Framework.
  • Collaborate with key business units to drive continuous improvement.

What you can bring to the team

You are a proactive solutions-focused professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret contract obligations and embed them in operational processes. You have previously managed high value contracts and tender processes. You build strong relationships communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders and work well in environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Proven 3-5 years experience in management of high-value contracts business development or compliance teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business law government social services or health would be an advantage.
  • Experience in government disability or other highly regulated sectors.
  • Experience supporting tender development particularly government bids.
  • Ability to interpret contract terms legislation and standards and translate them into operational processes.
  • High-level analytical and reporting skills with experience analysing data for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

You will be required to undertake aFit2Work National Criminal History Check andhold or be willing to obtain aBlue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

To be considered for this role you must be an Australian citizen and willing to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance (at a minimum) from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
