This Level B Lecturer position within the Master of Psychology (Organisational) program will have a strong teaching and learning focus and would suit someone who ideally has experience in post graduate unit chairing and/or teaching and experience in the practice of Organisational Psychology

As a Lecturer in Psychology you will:

  • Lead unit teaching teams and work collaboratively with other unit teaching teams in the course to develop effective unit curricula and learning resources.
  • Supervise masters level theses and demonstrate scholarly teaching practices in the discipline of organisational psychology.
  • Design collaborative learning opportunities at the unit level. Support diverse learners by designing accessible and inclusive unit material and practices.
  • Advance knowledge within the field of organisational psychology and teaching scholarship and pedagogical research activity.
  • Contribute to the implementation of specific aspects of Universitys strategic and community engagement agendas.

To be successful youll have:

  • PhD in a relevant discipline and/ or other relevant qualifications (for example a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology with practical experience in the field).
  • Registered psychologist with endorsement in organisational psychology.
  • Registered with Psychology Board of Australia as a board approved supervisor.
  • The ability to design and deliver postgraduate teaching that is informed by real-world organisational psychology practice.
  • Ability to deliver effective teaching practices to improve student success and engagement.
