Risk and Performance Management Department

We work collaboratively across teams to help guard against blind spots and ensure that all relevant risks are considered and duly addressed.

What will you do as an Executive Assistant

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer and the risk professionals including calendar management travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Manage schedule arrange and coordinate internal (e.g. team meetings investment committee meetings etc.) and external meetings.
  • Organize business trips and prepare travel itineraries (i.e. book all aspects of business travel flight hotels visa car transport restaurants).
  • Keep track of correspondences and ensure proper maintenance of records.
  • Prepare/manage documents requirement for example preparation of meeting agendas and materials.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files handle general correspondence and expedite urgent confidential and important correspondence to appropriate personnel.
  • Track and maintainbudgets claims and reimbursements in accordance to policy requirement.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support as required (e.g. filing photocopying prepare documents for signingcouriers).
  • Receive and welcome visitors to the office as and when required.
  • Support on legal and compliance declarations and documentation for the team.
  • Work closely with executive assistants internally and externally across departments to coordinate team/departmental/corporate events andactivities such as welcome and farewell sessionsretreatsand department gatherings.
  • Manage general admin for the risk department.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience inprovidingsecretarial and administrative support to a team of investment professionalswhich involved actively managing multiple individual calendars and frequent business trip planning.
  • Ability to be a dynamic team player and collaborate well across different teams.
  • High learning agility with good pro-activeness in problem solving and striving for greater efficiency and effectiveness in task management.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks prioritize and meet engagement deadlines.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good general knowledge of IT equipment and usageincluding Outlook ConcurWord PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Experience in or strong knowledge of the asset management or finance industry is an added advantage.
